My New Favourite Makeup Must-Haves

My New Favorite Makeup Must-Haves

I have recently updated my makeup bag and decided to write a post about it because there are so many products I also have in my makeup bag.  Some of them are drugstore products so are a little cheaper then others.  Hope you like this :)

NARS Blusher in Orgasm
This is NARS latest shade in their blusher selection and even though it looks quite pink it gives a lovely healthy glow to the cheeks.  I really like the colour and it's quite a soft powdery kind - I prefer powder to the liquid kinds as it's easier to apply.

Maybelline New York Brow Drama Sculpting Brow Mascara
This really shapes my brows which is really good because my brows can look quite sparse so this helps to fill them in the most natural way.  It fills in small gaps and there's never clumps in my brows which is a bonus.

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara
This gives a feminine light lash look which looks really pretty.  It doesn't smudge on my lids either so it makes the whole process quicker and easier.  But the main reason why it's a "must have" is because I don't have to curl my lashes before using this because it already has a formula to push-up my lashes.
Eyeko Sport Waterproof Mascara
I can trust Eyeko as a company on their products because they are so good.  This waterproof mascara lasts really well so when doing sports it's the perfect beauty top-up to use.

Urban Decay Smoky Palette
Even though I don't own this product I tried it in a shop and my friend also has this and it works really well and has a range of 12 colours to create the best Smoky Eye.  It also comes with a two-sided brush which is extra useful.
Real Techniques Makeup Brushes
I love this brand when it comes to their brushes because they are so soft so don't irritate my skin and also look really nice.  I love the Bold Metals ones even though I don't own any... yet!
Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray
I use this dry hair spray every time I'm creating that beachy waves look.  It works really well and I use it all the time now - especially the fact it's Summer.

So these are the products that are a must-have and worth investing because of the quality of these gems.  Hope these help a bit and love to hear your feedback... maybe any tips?
I'll write again next weekend as I'm back again for my routine of blogging xx

My 9 Day Holiday in Italy

My 9 Day Holiday in Italy

It feels such a long time since I've posted anything which feels weird in a way but also a bit of a nice break.  I can't wait to tell you about my holiday... hope you enjoy this post xx

I stayed in Italy for 8 nights going around various places around Italy.  On the first 3 nights me and my family stayed in a hotel in the centre of Verona.  I love the busy vibes there and with so many high-end shops - it truly feels amazing.  Some of the shops there were Sephora, Gucci and a MAC Studio!  There was also a really yummy Italian Gelato shop which had so many different flavors from Tiramisu to Passion Fruit.  We visited the Romeo and Juliet balcony which was cool.  The hotel we stayed in was called Grand Relais Empire and was really clean and the staff were friendly.  I would recommend d staying there if visiting Verona.

We went to Caffe Monte Baldo for lunch in Verona and I think it's really nice inside but my favorite place to eat in Verona was La bottega della Gina even though it was really small inside the food tasted really nice and had a selection of pasta dishes.

I bought some beauty products from KIKO Studio - nail polish, Super Gloss, eyeliner and hand fluid as small memories of Italy.  I bought my close friends some presents from KIKO as well as in Venice.
We visited Venice for a day but that day was extremely hot, maybe about 36 degrees?! It was also really busy even though it looked really pretty along the river.

After the 3 nights we headed to a small B&B called Corte delle Muse near Lake Garda.  The lady running it was so friendly and welcoming I wonder about going back sometime!  Food for breakfast is lovely and the village is really pretty.

We ate in a small family-run restaurant which serves a wide range of Italian food.  On the next day we visited another small village called Salo right next to Lake Garda.  It has so many shops and cafes :)

The final hotel we stayed in was in the countryside part of Lake Garda and was a luxe Country House called Casino de Caccia.  It is amazing and rated really high.  There was a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and lots of parasols and sunbeds.  The rooms are really pretty and grand and really clean.  Honestly worth going there but is expensive...

We had dinner at the best restaurant we've had in the whole of our Italian holiday called Bella Vento and the food is just amazing.  My favorite dish was the pasta dish with small chopped mushrooms.  Normally I wouldn't touch mushrooms but this was different.
The next few days we stayed chilling in the pool and also went to Gardaland which is a really cool them park.

It was a truly amazing holiday and can't wait for next year's holiday!
Note:  These aren't my photos.
Love to know your holidays too xx
